Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the dispatch services provided by Zayvant Freight LLC ("Zayvant", "we", "us") to motor carriers and owner-operators ("Carrier", "you"). By signing up or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our role

Zayvant is a truck dispatch service. We act as your agent to find, negotiate and book freight on your behalf. Zayvant is not a freight broker or motor carrier and does not take possession of any freight. The Carrier remains fully responsible for the transportation of each load.

2. Carrier responsibilities

  • Hold valid operating authority (MC/DOT) and all required licenses and permits.
  • Maintain the insurance coverage required by brokers, shippers and law.
  • Operate safely and comply with all FMCSA, DOT and state regulations, including hours-of-service rules.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your documents up to date.

3. Load approval

We will only book loads that you approve. You may decline any load we offer. Once you accept a rate confirmation, you agree to complete that load under the broker's terms.

4. Dispatch fees

  • Box Truck: 5% of the gross line-haul rate per load.
  • Semi Truck (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Hot Shot, Power Only): 6% of the gross line-haul rate per load.
  • Fleet (3+ trucks): as agreed in writing.

Fees are invoiced weekly and are due within 7 days. Fees are earned when a load is delivered, even if the broker pays late.

5. No long-term contract

Either party may end the service at any time with written notice (email or text is fine). Fees for loads booked before cancellation remain due.

6. Claims and liability

Zayvant is not responsible for cargo loss or damage, accidents, fines, delays or broker non-payment. We will assist you with detention, layover, TONU and lumper claims, but payment of those amounts depends on the broker. Our total liability is limited to the dispatch fees paid for the load in question.

7. Communication consent

You agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email about loads and services. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Zayvant Freight LLC is registered.
